On payment approval, you will receive the confirmation email and your registration code immediately.  Input your registration code to the trial version, you will get the registered full version, and remove all limitations.

The software is licensed on a "per-computer" basis. This means you must purchase a license for each separate computer that the software will be installed or used on, regardless of the number of people using the computer.
